Dd19 rails won't fit a gen 5 recoil spring, you can however use a gen 3 lower modified in the front for a gen 5 slide (I think p80 Ralph has some on the sea) but you will need an adapter for the slide that allows you to run a gen 3 recoil spring

gen 4/5 slides can absolutely fit with DD19.2 rails, theres just a few things you need to do

edit the file in CAD to widen the channel that the slide rides in to match the diameter of the enlarged gen 4/5 recoil spring retainer
