This is a printed endcap that fits around the thread adapter. This is 3.8mm thick but will likely need scaled to completely fill the end of your tube.
Designed to be a TIGHT fit at 32mm. You might want to trim a little off the edge if your tube is slightly different dimensions than mine.
INSTALLATION:
I used a little JB Weld on the thread adapter before threading it all the way on. Then gave the end cap a good coat of JB weld and pushed it around the thread adapter until even with the end of the tube.
I printed this in pa6cf but pla+ will do fine.
All walls but 6 walls/100 infill will be fine. Print at whatever temps your material prints best in.
It is not a load bearing cap and doesn't need to be crazy strong.
