ph dam, you can get any of the compact or sub compact models then? g20 and g21 are the largest frames their for the 10mm and 45 calibers. but i think a metal g17 frame and then the slide would make it very heavy

I also plan on making this compatible with g17 parts because I don't want to invest in a whole new caliber that nothing else I shoot will use. Once released, either version will require a long barrel 168mm threaded lonewolf barrel for the 10mm version, and 166mm threaded lonewolf for g17.

More on topic, as was already pointed out, other options would work better (and actually work).

If going a printed route, you can print a frame for a Glock 20/40. I'm not sure how well it would hold hot 10mm rounds, but factory Glock frames hold them fine. Use a string to test them. Unless you have grizzlie…
