It's .22 mate, you can use rigid brakeline from autozone like all the old zip gun designs and save yourself the tool time. Keep that for when you need to drill a grade 8 bolt for 9mm.

hmm ok, I figured because of the diameter of the Hilti drilling out the offset would effect case integrity

I used a 15/64 drill bit and drilled it out on a drill press and it was not centered at all but it still worked. The corrects way would be to use a lathe but I don’t have one. If you do use a bolt I would recommend using the thick no threaded side but I used the threaded side and it worked. I…
