Did you thread the buffer tube in crooked? Tighten the ubolt too much and collapse/bend the top of the buffer tube? Information on the upper/LPK may be good to know as well. Any lube in the tube and upper? Using any sort of fancy pants trigger? Double check that the buffer retainer is installed correctly?…
