I railed the dust cover.
I'm not proud of it, but I did rail the dust cover.
Any optic you put on this dust cover will likely shift, the amount of shift-age will depend entirely on how loose your dust cover is.
I'm a retard and put a 4x32 on mine, but I highly suggest you only use it for short range target acquisition type sights, not long range optics.
Print any way you feel. I've successfully printed using the original settings and orientation, but if you want it to be prettier, I suggest printing rails on the bed with supports.
