Looks like under extrusion. Not the best place to have it on that parts but I'd send it.
To fix it, run extruder calibrations. Find any reason the filament might not be feeding correctly, binding or clogged drive gears. Make sure the filament is dry. Buying a $30-40 dryer will solve a lot …
