1-7/16x20tpi front cap drill centering jig. I didn't like the options out there for printable jigs to center my bit so I designed this one for the form 1 I just got approved. The size, caliber, and drill size are listed inside of the cap. A 9mm and a .22 caliber cap is in the package. I'll upload the step files in case anyone wants to alter it soon.
Printing: However you want. I print almost everything in PA6-CF, you can use a low wall count (I chose 3) and a low infill percentage (I chose 15%) to save filament.
Edit: Added STL files for those who would like to alter the bore size. Measure twice, then double check again, then for a third time ensure your selected bore has enough clearance for the round your form 1 is for, THEN cut.
