It's my design. I have a slightly longer version than this, too, but Krrawn has a 16" handguard if you like pic rail.
Mine is under "DB9 Alloy MLOK Handguard " on the sea.

Search for "DB9 Alloy MLOK Handguard* on the strange ocean. I cut mine down. And the sling is a Warhorse Concepts.
