Alternative links
Designed for the CMMG Handguard, AR15, EML4 (https://cmmg.com/handguard-ar15-eml4). It has a small finger stop but I wanted a larger AFG so I designed one myself. It is designed around M-LOK and these M-LOK screws from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BJGRKZ1).
Material:
PLA+ or equivalent is fine. Picture shows one printed in BambuLab PA6-CF but that was mostly because I wanted something smaller for my first PA6-CF print.
Print Settings:
Whatever you use for strong parts. The weak part will always be the screw holes, so try and make sure those are strong enough with enough walls/infill to support the pressure once it is screwed down.
Print flat side down. Use supports.
