Copal 1 Extended Lensboard for Toyo Field Cameras

This lensboard is for the 110mm front board of Toyo 4x5 field cameras, not the 158mm boards of the Toyo view cameras.

I designed this from scratch in Fusion and it provides a 50mm extension in order to be able to use my 300mm lens for close-focus portraits (about 6 feet minumum focus distance on my CF45). Photos are of my functional test prints in PETG, but I would highly recommend printing in a matte or CF black filament in order to minimize the risk of internal reflections. Print one each of the board, 50mm extension, and extension nut. Assembly is simply inserting the extention into the board from the front, then securing with the extension nut from the back. If you want to make it just a little more secure, feel free to glue the pices with a cement that's applicable to your chosen filament. Just make sure to let it gas out for a few days before adding your glass to it. If you need this in a Copal 0 or another custom size, let me know and I'll whip up a new remix.
