this is close to a 1:1 replica. i took the one thats already floating on the sea and beefed it up to better match the profile or the metal one and made it a little thicker to add strength since its printed. there are several print orientations that work well for this. I prefer to use lay on face option in slicer and lay it on the flat face that slides into the lower

Thanks AP 9755! Searched for catch22 bolt catch clone v1.2 on GrabCAD and found a few bolt catches but not the catch22 clone. Are you willing to message me a link? Printing one sure beats paying $40 for one.
