Bidens Bane Handguard

I made a new handguard for the Biden's Bane.
It has 2 elements to prevent sag due to heat.
It is bigger, so farther from the barrel and gas tube.
More importantly though, it uses the same steel tubing the 37mm flare launchers that are floating around. The tubing goes inside the handguard and acts as a heat shield. To get maximum value, it is good to cut or grind out the openings in the printed elements in the steel tube.
It uses lots of Mlok and some Pic rail that I haven't tried out before.

What I REALLY want to do is work on the Ark2.0, and I will when it drops or I get into the Alpha.
I want to use steel collars in that build.

I was gonna do the bidens Bane is in coex nylex for an ar9 but decided to just ball out on the billet upper on sale for 40 bucks lol already had a handguard laying around. But I may have to give it a shot anyways if I can find a deal on another 9mm barrel. Sick builds!

Next 2A print will be the bidens bane upper and handguard to finish it off! I can do a clear brace but I haven’t figured out a clear buffer yet (that won’t fail immediately)

I’ll be doing the bidens bane upper and handguard for it but not in .22!
