The gatalog has a reference model user with 3 posts- m4a1 pack, m16 fcg, and ar15 pack. They have spec sheets, step files, the works. Might be exactly what you're looking for.

Cura Infill 99% Prussia 100%ut due to the printer office being cooler than "normal" I run the Hotend between 215c- 231c, which helps offset ambient temp change of the day.

I can't give 100% accurate settings since all printers and setups are different, but this should help…

I see a few options. The 1911 is one of the simplest magazine designs to build from scratch. All that would be needed is a design to stamp or cut out from 22ga sheet metal and a mandrel to bend the blank around. The mandrel/jig for bending can be 3D printed from PLA easily.
