This bolt catch conversion for AR22s features a "snap fit".
Hook the front end onto the pointed end of your bolt catch, and then press the rear end down for install. There is an optional slot cut for an M3 set screw for extra security.
It's likely that the hook point will deform if you are swapping between calibers frequently. Print extras for your range trips.
Not all bolt catches are the same CAD, fit, and file as necessary. STEP included.

The Better Mag Adapter is what I use in my CMMG-based AR22. It is made of metal, not plastic.
Extra points if it would work with a standard AR bolt catch.
