Search the usual places for "ScARpion-22" for the base and "The Cursd ScARpion - 2055 Furniture Expansion Package" for the expansion package. Uses the Tubee-22 barrel.

It's the handguard from the 2055 ScARpion furniture pack. It's like an aesthetics pack that doesn't change any of the function of the weapon, but it just changes the look to make it seem 2055-ish.
