I see your problem now. If you are only using these for blanks, with primer only, you could probably use a more rigid material such as PETG. Although something such as PA-CF or PLA-CF might do the trick, I would avoid filled materials because they are abrasive. I wanted a gen 5 model to start with so that I could fill in most of the internals and then use the G100 boolean negative to subtract away what I need to make it compatible with the G100 fire control unit. All that its really going to do is make it look like a gen 5 glock externally and also gen 5 mag release. I guess its not that important because I've already found a 19x file that was gen 3 compatible and modified it to accept the g100 chassis…

This is the semi-auto, ATF compliant PCC by Basarab called the Celmare. It will be available and is designed for 9mm and .45 ACP, but the above picture is a variant in .22LR. It is a complete hybrid, at the moment costs about $30 USD per unit, and is completely made from raw materials.
