I see your problem now. If you are only using these for blanks, with primer only, you could probably use a more rigid material such as PETG. Although something such as PA-CF or PLA-CF might do the trick, I would avoid filled materials because they are abrasive. I wanted a gen 5 model to start with so that I could fill in most of the internals and then use the G100 boolean negative to subtract away what I need to make it compatible with the G100 fire control unit.
