If you live in the USA make it out of pure copper. If its made out of tungsten alloys, steel, iron, brass, bronze, beryllium copper, or uranium it might be considered armored piercing pistol ammunition. Load data claimed online (don't trust me do your own tests) is 9 grains of autocomp in a NAS3 casing (don't do that much in brass casings). Let me know your results.
