9x19mm Handgun Glock Beta Glock 17

“Shturmovik” translates to "assault" or "strike aircraft" in Russian, which ties perfectly with its intended use for fighter pilots. It also evokes the famous WWII Il-2 Shturmovik aircraft, adding historical weight and a sense of tactical precision.

Donovian Shturmovik PDW Chassis: Designed for Donovian fighter pilots, the Shturmovik PDW chassis transforms the Glock 35/17 into a reliable compact defense weapon for those rare but critical moments behind enemy lines. Featuring a folding or collapsible stock for stability and a front grip with integrated spare magazine storage, the Shturmovik ensures you’re always ready when the situation demands it.

---- BETA----

This is a remix of the 35Kobra by Equipping the Population. The original model is great but there were a few issues that I ran into when I built it. It is designed for the G35 Slide, but from my experience you generally can run a Glock 17 slide on 35 frames with little to no issue. The original designer for the 35Kobra didn't give any instructions or details on the build, so I'm going to go ahead and assume that you use your standard FMDA DD17.2 rails, as this is what the STEP files had the frame listed as.

I have a few variants for you to try out. The V1 was my original remix from the 35Kobra and the V1.2 is the newest files offering better aesthetics

1) The front grip that houses the spare magazine; the magazine release button sat too high up on the grip, not allowing the magazine to actually seat correctly. I corrected this by moving the entire grip down, allowing more than enough room for the magazine to fit in the grip

2) The lack of an optic rail. I tried running my MOS cut Glock slide, but the rear brace rail doesn't allow you to get a cheek weld AND see the optic. I added a top rail that should hold up and allow you to mount a fixed optic. I personally am going to put a holosun optic with riser on the rail

As I mentioned, this is going to be a BETA of sorts. I'm hoping to hear your comments and suggestions on how to improve the chassis.
