The Decker's BOM calls for its firing pin to be cut from 1/8" stock to 127mm long. Even if cut perfectly, I have found that sometimes this length is a tiny bit too short. Furthermore, some of the firing pins included in our early Decker kits were cut to a slightly shorter length.
To address this, I have created modified versions of the Decker firing pin sleeve. These sleeves have slightly shallower holes, allowing your firing pin stock to protrude further.
You can use these sleeves in two ways:
* Print a sleeve that allows your FP to protrude as close to perfect as possible
* Print a sleeve that allows your FP to protrude overlong, and then cut your FP to length.
Three sleeves are included:
* One that reduces the hole depth by 2mm
* One that reduces the hole depth by 4mm
* One that reduces the hole depth by 6mm
They're small, so feel free to print all three and see which works best for you
