This is a FTN.4 style baffle Remix of my 9mm PCC FTN that I previously posted. The only difference is this one I almost an inch longer and it has the FTN.4 style baffles. It still uses a thread adapter and a cap to secure the thread adapter to keep it from being able to blow the FTN off of the thread adapter when it gets hot.
I print this in PA6-CF, PPA-CF, and PPS-CF. I am sure it could be printed in PLA Pro but you would need to reorient so that the FTN is Flat/Paralllel to the bed.

I use the Red & Black Original JB Weld to secure the thread adapter into the Threads of the FTN. I then use it to sandwich the thread adapter between the FTN and the end cap. Then I spread it all over the outside FTN with the End cap secured already and on the inside of the Carbon Tube. I then slide the FTN w/endcap into the Carbon Tube and clean off all the excess JB Weld that comes out. It may help to tape the tube on the outside so that it's easier to clean up the tube. I then use a clamp or some kind of weight to keep the tube from sliding back off the FTN until it has had time to dry. Once everything is dry I use a sander to sand the threaded end of the Carbon tube down flush with the FTN. If you have any questions just message me on Reddit, my user name is 300blkFDE.
