Update: 09/05/24 Trying to work on better printability and stability when adding 5mm holes. Tried to beef up thin walls without interfering with the hammer. Hopefully this is close to done. When finished I'll package it up with 3mm and 5mm hole model plus step with no edits and holes filled in if anyone wants to fafo.
Update: 2/18/24 Got it to work with this new model. Holes are 5mm. You can bore them out a little if needed. I started both tungsten rods into the holes then placed rods on a stable surface and tapped the bolt weight onto the rods to get them flush. Rods go against the back of cmmg bolt and it will snap in and move with the bolt if right. Add another model with 3mm pilot holes to be bored out to whatever you decide to weight with up to roughly 5mm max.

UPDATE: v4 Changes need made. Still working on keeping enough mass to print but have all the room needed to fit all other geometry while having 5mm holes in it. I will keep at it until I get something Im ok with.

Another attempt to save money because I'm poor. This is untested first draft of bore buddy adjustable bolt weight. Holes are 5mm diameter and 45mm deep. One 5mm x 100mm Tungsten bar is around $9 and should add roughly an oz to 1.5oz. Tungsten should be here soon and I'll repost total weight. I'm going to jbweld them in so it isn't adjustable after finished nut you could use different materials to try to get the weight you want but I think the tungsten will be heaviest you can make it.
