A m-loc compatible handguard cutting fixture for ~48mm (1.875in) od tubes
Includes clamps with a center notch for a datum pt
shop vac plug for dust removal (tape existing cut slots to maintain suction)
Indexing ring, use a square or level and index for every cut and then tighten the clamps
Tube included so you can generate a toolpath from it or print it as a template and go to town with a dremel
I have successfully cut 5 handguards of various lengths on a original mpcnc with an 1/8 cutter on this fixture.
You must have good dust collection!
