This jig was designed in March of 2020 around AK-builders heat treated 80% flats, with an additional jig for cutting the lower rails on AK flats to accept full auto sears both of which are no longer sold. The jig would be pieced together around the 80% and with the use of cheap Chinese endmills and even cheaper bearings one could finish their AK build without buying a ton of expensive metal drilling jigs.
While this is kind of useless for now, as the atf keeps banning and unbanning prebent 80% ak receivers. I'm hoping to see AK flats return in a more DIY friendly nature.
Sheet metal is cheap, and cant be banned.
