This is a roughly 60mm tall model of Zardonov's prosthetic hand posed in the V for peace sign as shown in the scene of his death in the game, intended to be mounted to my Peace Walker themed retro AR, by running a keyring through the closed fingers.
The files also include a flipped version of Zardonov's (right) prosthetic hand, which is also possible to use for Venom Snakes identical (left) prosthetic hand and V for victory or the title MGS V.
