I suck at building launchers, and if you do too, here is a tool to help you.
PLEASE NOTE!!!!
Use of this tool will remove any protective coating inside your 37mm launcher barrel.
DO NOT use this tool unless you are in need of additional clearancing. Please be aware your barrel will
wear down more quickly and will need to be replaced sooner. That being said it is a fast solution to barrel
preperation.
1. Print all of the files located in the STL folder with at least 3 walls and 15% infill.
2. Install any used drill bit at least 3 inches long and 3/16-7/32 in diameter in the tool body using
superglue or epoxy.
(There is no need for the bit to extend beyond the tapered portion of the tool body.)
(Doing so may interfere with the clamp screws.)
3. Cut 8 pieces of sandpaper roughly 30mm X 100mm. These pieces should be uniform
4. using M3-10 or M3-8 SHCS, install the sandpaper under the clamps, all facing the same direction.
Your tool is now ready to use, enjoy.
