Found this on the hard drive. This is an excellent presentation on how to do a trigger job on an M and P pistol. This is far cheaper than an Apex drop in, and for the Gen 1 M and Ps it helps to smooth out the ghost shelf in the trigger pull. Takes a bit of time and disassembly, but it is totally worth it.
I wish I could give the gentlemen who produced this credit, but nothing is on the slides. All you need is a few hand tools.
