The BN43 is a variant of my BN39 stick smoke grenade, that is simpler and easier to make. Just like the real world counterpart, the BN43 is a top fuse design with a solid handle. The original M43 late war stick grenade uses the small blue pull fuse of the M39 'egg' grenade to simplify production. Now instead of tracking down the 31mm OD tube (5mm wall thickness) required to make the BN39 you can use a solid 1" wooden dowel. Despite being modelled after a lesser known variant the real wood makes it a lot more convincing. Perfect for World War II Reenactors, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and World War III Enactors.

The BN43s top fuse can quickly be separated from the device, or inserted just as fast with a simply press fit and stored separately. I recommend a metal ammo can for both components, separated if possible. I personally do not believe the match striker pull fuse is drop safe but this will depend on your personal level of experience.
