Dimensionally accurate .45 ACP ammunition. This will be the basis of all future 45 ACP designs. Edges are filleted 0.05mm to imitate stamped metal casing construction for real world accuracy.

The bolt has to weigh a lot more for those other calibers in a direct blowback firearm. In 9mm the bolt weighs about 1.7lbs. For 45acp and 10mm the bolt would need to be 2.3 and 2.8lbs respectively. It can be done but would require a lot of work to change calibers.

+1 for just going 300blk instead of .45ACP. Very similar mass, speed, and bore size plus you get to use regular-ass STANAGs and can scale up to a more serious rifle loading if necessary.
Nothing that goes "bang" is frowned upon :) It all comes down to what you have the skill/funds/resources/interest to build.
