Improved pour guard for the 3dp90. This pourguard will actually stick into the bolt housing. You can then use a bent coathanger placed in the outside groove between the two pieces to suspend the bolt in the ice water bath. I recommend putting it in the bath immediately before doing the lead pour. A long dwell time can result in water leaking into the bolt which will cause voids. I also recommend using an old or new milk frothing mug to melt the lead in. They have nice handles and are cheap on amazon.
