This is a scaled down version of my 40mm Skim MILC round, which in turn is a modification of the original MILC round by u/MethematicsV2, made to be easier to produce and sturdier. It uses an aluminum burst disc and 38 short blank to yeet rounds. This release is technically untested as I have been primarily using a design that runs full power 38 spc blanks. This was a modification of that design, basically just using a shorter base to make it more compact. Let me know if you have any suggestions or other such feedback!
