This here is a ring loader I designed; it is however set up to sit on the thumb a lot easier. I also got it in several sizes, but I guess you could also scale it to fit your thumb a lot easier. One thing I found really interesting is once I load a magazine, I can turn it around and put it on my pinky finger like a ring. I can shoot and handle a firearm without it getting in the way.
