A mix of FTN.4 Baffles to begin and stacked baffles to finish out. I would print this in a higher temp filament such as ppa-cf or pps-cf
This also has a cap to cap off the thread adapter to keep the thread adapter from blowing out when heated from sustained fire. I thread the thread adapter into the FTN with jb weld and then put jb weld on the cap and place it over the part of the thread adapter that's protruding out. Once this is dry I then place jb weld all over the outside of the FTN and cap and slide it into the 50mm Carbon Tube. You might want to make use of a clamp or Wedge it between something to keep the tube from sliding off until its dry.
