These files are for 3d printable vityaz magazines. Included with the magazine files is a 3d printable jig to wind your own springs for the magazines. Please review the readme before you start.
Consumables:
1. Filament
a. PLA+ recommended as optimal low cost and easy to print filament. You can use PETG, or another weaker material for the follower and base plate lock.
b. Polycarbonate, or Carbon Fiber/Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon/PA for a more heat resistant and durable material. These are more technical materials, they will be harder to print than PLA+, but have superior material properties when printed properly.
2. 0.047” (1.193mm) Music Wire
a. 1080 Spring Steel Music Wire McMaster-Carr PN (1/4lb): 9666K65
b. 304 Stainless McMaster-Carr PN (1/4lb): 9666K65 (Untested)
