As the name entails, this is a 577-450 Martini cutting jig that I made for the Harbor Freight 2 inch Mini Cut-off saw that works after the WARRIOR rebrand & the old Drill Master design. Should give you consistent cuts with the overall length being consistently 2.28-2.29 inches. The paper patch guide, although not really needed, is kind of nice to have; the only main reason I made it was due to the fact that I saw people were charging for a metal version of the exact same thing and charging $10 dollars, and idk about you, but id rather just spend that 10 dollars on the 24 gauge shotshells that are expensive.
In terms of print settings, I literally just used default bambu settings for PLA, which was 2 walls, 15% infill & like 200-300mm speed. You dont really need to go overboard with the settings. Only thing I should mention is to make sure your blades arent dull, as considering the material, the heat transfer will begin to soften and melt the jig.
I plan on making a guide for reloading Martini eventually once I figure out a more consistent pattern of forming the brass with shitty LEE dies; so be on the lookout for that if that ever comes out. Anyway God Bless.
Update: Misspelled Gauge in the title.
