Signal Launcher Leaf Sight by Qwerm
A leaf sight designed for use with 37mm signal launchers. The sight can be either mounted on side or top picatinny rails. Due to various signaling rounds having different ranges, the sight is marked out to various angles. The sight features an adjustable front sight and a flip up leaf sight set to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 degrees. I designed this sight for use with a 37mm launcher I am in the process of building. I have put that project on hold for the time being so this sight is untested.
Included is multiple variations of the rear sights with different placements of the markings. I only recommend printing the versions that include the front facing markings only if you have your printer very dialed in.
Assembly should be fairly straight forward. Slide the printed rear sight spring into it's slot. I recommend against gluing the printed spring into place so you can easily replace it if it wears out. I also recommend placing a small adhesive felt furniture pad inside the main body to dampen the sound of the sight folding down.
