Select Fire Full Auto V2 (SFFA V2)
Not to be used with blow back style ar15s
---------Description---------
The SFFA V2 is a Select fire drop in auto sear that manipulates the disconnector allowing
for full auto using a unmodified (MIL SPEC) AR15 FCG, replacing the selector with the
3d one provided in the files will allow for SAFE, SEMI, FULL AUTO in that order.
If you don't use the 3d selector and instead just leave the mil spec selector
installed, the DIAS will function as any normal drop in auto sear being only safe and
full auto. The provided 3D selector was designed to be left in the lower this means if
the sear drop in isn't installed the selector will act as SAFE, SEMI, SEMI meaning the
selector is perfectly legal and will not create hammer follow in the 3rd position.
Remember, this is a machine gun and comes with a long prison sentence at this time.
I am not responsible for what YOU do with the files provided.

-------Materials Required-------
This DIAS is designed to work with (MIL SPEC) AR15 FCG parts, using a drop in or non standard
(MIL SPEC) FCG parts will more then likely require a custom sear.
- x1 Standard (MIL SPEC) AR15 FCG (NO Super safe cut triggers it makes the safe mode full auto)
- x1 AR15 Bolt catch spring (For sear)
- x1 AR15 Bolt catch roll pin (Cut down if using non M16 cut lower)
Alternatively you can remove your bolt catch from the lower for both non printed
parts required for this design as the bolt catch isn't required for operation.
-------Print Settings-------
Everything is designed to work in PLA Pro or Polymaker PA6-CF
if you want a more high temp option, see my odysee guide
@s3igu2 for exact settings if you plan to print in polymakers pa6-CF.
STL files are orientated correctly and have brims / supports where needed
(STEP files are NOT orientated correctly)
Temp: 220/60C (PLA PRO)
Nozzle: 0.4mm
First Layer Height - 0.20 (Or 0.15)
Layer Height - 0.15
Wall Loops - 4 Walls Max
Infill - 100% Rectilinear
No supports are needed on any of the parts unless you use the "No Support" version of
the housing or the "No Brim" version of the selector located in the Other folder
-------Change Log-------
Check back for updates
*New update adds the simplified housing that is easier to print and more compatible with other lowers
*Reverted back to the older style housing as its just straight up better
*Separated the MP5 and AR15 files for simplicity
*Updated the sear to add compatibility to the alt housings
*Added the "Long sear" option for some shorter disconnectors.
*Improved documentation
*Updated and improved the standard selector
*Added built in supports for the housing and removed the need for supports on the selector (Now no supports needed)
*Improved Documentation also fixed the sear timing being slightly to early
*Reposted as this is now finished no more updates
*Improved the selector and sear a bit this should fix the issues some people have had
* 02/06/2024 Fixed a issue with the housing having to much play in some lowers
* 02/07/2024 Improved the low shelf housings to no longer need supports.
*02/16/2024 Delayed the sear timing slightly to fix light primer strikes on some lowers
*02/25/2024 Updated README.md to follow the gatalogs guidelines
