Since im stuck with the splitted versions and had the opportunity to test my designs here are the latest versions of my 12gauge x 68mm inserts.
Still: don't add any powder to them!
print them slow, steady and sturdy.
Print them in PLA+ at least.
The 15mm- and the .43-rubber-inserts can be reloaded until you see/feel wear and tear.
The .177 and .22 should not be reloaded more than 2 times. After this the polygon-rifling is allready gone.
I only use them once.
I printed them with 6 walls, 70 bottoms (circular pattern) and 3 tops, no ironing and 45% trihexagonal infill.
