It's a thing that goes on the muzzle. Could be a surpriser, could be a loudencer, a compensator, or a Form 1 Fleshlight. Who knows!
Anything that attaches to the end of a firearm's barrel whose purpose is to mitigate the resultant noise of and/or suppress the gas from discharging that firearm. Also called a 'silencer'.
Probably the single most common handgun caliber in the world.

In my own experience, yes. I have built multiple NT-79 launchers, 1 Nameless 37mm, and 1 3DP90. None of them worked very well and they all have major bugs in the manual.
NT-79 (I documented most of these bugs because I fixed almost all of them in my own remix. I planned to release it but cannot be both…
