remix of the maelstrom by pla+boi, uses scs steel front and back plates as well as trimmed down 4x120mm screws and nuts, would recommend wrapping in 3m tape and using nylon if using on rifle caliber. was tested by a friend in Arkansas with 5.56 from a 16in in pa6-gf with 3m cast tape and hasn't gone bewm yet. thickness of the steel plates doesn't have to be exact but id go thicker on the rear plate to protect the shooter. please follow all laws
