are you unable to use the hilti loophole due to your local jurisdiction or something else? do you just want to make your own gunpowder at home? well, follow the steps in the guide and you'll have smokeless powder!!!!!! (i'm not liable if you accidentally die or something during the manufacturing process)

TY. Only problem is that I'm pretty sure that would make a simple black powder rather than a smokeless powder. Unless you're using a match/flint/wheel/cap lock they might not work.
