This is a handguard for the Trash Panda that includes a full length picatinny rail and a low profile upper to delete the iron sights.
Parts that are purely ergonomic features, such as grips, stocks, pistol braces, handstops, handguards, etc.
It surrounds the forend of the firearm, giving you a place to mount accessories and place your forward hand without needing to touch a scalding fucking hot barrel.
Accessories are items that pertain to and are useful in conjunction with firearms but are not themselves firearms. Examples include lights, magloaders, certain trigger systems, etc.
Not to be confused with "Gear", which are attached to the user.
